For 35 years, Battistella has been leading the redevelopment of inner city communities in Calgary. Founded by Giovanni and Jacqueline Battistella, our company began with a focus on building innovative, design-focused infill housing in and around the city core. Today, that vision lives on with a customer-first strategy led by the next Battistella generation. With the completion of Orange Lofts in 2003, Battistella established itself as a pioneer in the redevelopment of East Village, Calgary’s oldest neighbourhood. The company’s East Village legacy continues with INK, our newest project in the community, featuring 119 homes designed for contemporary urban living.
