SOLE VISTA

SOLE VISTA is a 30-unit stacked townhouse development that sits on the hill overlooking Bridgeland and the downtown skyline. As the name suggests, the sun and the views are very striking in many of the units. Designed by Sturgess Architecture, the development’s terracing and terracotta colouring are reminiscent of an Italian hillside town. Homes range in size from single-story 950 to 1130 square feet two bedroom townhomes to 1400 square feet two-storey townhomes with two bedrooms or two bedrooms plus den.
