The ELLINGTON is a 23-unit apartment-style development located in Bridgeland. Designed by Graham Edmunds Architects. The ELLINGTON’s quiet central location and contemporary yet sophisticated finishes render it a true urban haven. The top floor units have a remarkable clerestory ceiling that curves to a height of 17 feet and transforms the space from a typical apartment condo to a chic urban home. The homes range in size from 1050 to 1135 square feet and consist of either two bedrooms or one bedroom and a den, with each unit having two full bathrooms.
