ORANGE LOFTS

This 106-unit loft building located in Calgary’s East Village has the appeal of a revitalized warehouse loft that is typical of vibrant cosmopolitan centres. Designed by Kasian Kennedy and characterized by open living space, 16 feet high exposed concrete ceilings, polished concrete floors, exposed mechanical piping, steel kitchen shelves and railings, the Orange Lofts were a transformative presence in Calgary’s East Village.
